Hilti is a well-established global brand in the construction
industry, recognized for its high-technology products, digital solutions,
and customer-focused services. In order to offer more dynamic and interactive
digital tools to its users across online channels, the brand chose to work
with Rella Medya to implement two separate software projects.
The first project developed, the Hilti Voting System, is an
online platform that enables internal or user-based evaluations. This system
allows users to cast votes based on specific criteria, view results instantly,
and track evaluation processes in a digital environment. The interface was
designed to enable quick and easy interaction, with a strong focus on user
experience.
The second phase of the project, the Hilti Online Collection Software,
was planned to strengthen the brand’s digital payment infrastructure. With
this software, users can complete their purchasing processes digitally and
carry out collection transactions securely. The system was structured to
support multiple payment options and built on a flexible and scalable
architecture.
Both software solutions were positioned as key components that expand the
company’s digital service portfolio. The back-end structures were planned to
enable easy management of content and data, and user-friendly control panels
were developed. Through these panels, the Hilti team can efficiently manage
the systems and intervene in processes when needed.
As Rella Medya, through these two projects we contributed to making Hilti’s
online services more functional and user-oriented by delivering strong
interfaces, flexible software architectures, and sustainable digital
solutions.
